What a wonderful weekend!
This past weekend’s SCA Chaplains’ Retreat at Mount St. Anne’s was a grace-filled and uplifting experience. From the warm Friday welcome and peaceful evening prayer to reconnecting with fellow chaplains, it offered a sacred pause from the busyness of daily life.
Saturday, led by Cilla Horan, guided us through ten beautifully curated prayer stations exploring surrender, repentance, the Eucharist, mercy, and the Father’s embrace. The parable of the prodigal son echoed powerfully, reminding us of God’s constant invitation home.
Fr. Lorcan brought a gentle stillness through Adoration and Mass, offering words of compassion and wisdom—encouraging us to love without judgment and be brave when needed.
We left renewed, inspired, and deeply grateful. Sincere thanks to the Executive Team and all who supported and attended. Here’s to many more moments of connection like this!
